This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and loads no fonts or scripts from other servers.
Like every web server, our hosting providers (Vercel Inc. and Arsys Internet S.L.U.) record technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security and fault detection, based on our legitimate interest (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are kept only for a short period. The country derived from your IP address is used only to show the page in your language and is not stored. Vercel may process data outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses (GDPR, Art. 46).
If you write to us by email or phone, we use your data only to answer you and, if you wish, to prepare an offer (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep it for as long as needed for that purpose and to meet legal obligations.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to lucy@thesafehaven.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

3. AI transparency (EU AI Act)
Every AI system we operate tells people it is an AI and whom it represents (EU AI Act, Art. 50).
Our models run on our own hardware in the EU. Client materials are never used to train third-party models.
People stay in control: our clients decide what their AI says and can correct it at any time. We do not build systems for the practices prohibited by Art. 5 of the AI Act.
Before every client project we assess the risk category of the use case and document how the system is supervised.

The texts, images, designs and code on this website belong to Modelos Inteligencia Artificial, S.L. or are used with permission. Brand names MIA, AI Lucy and The Safe Haven belong to their owner.
